Allegro targeted a one-percentage-point improvement in overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) at its semiconductor manufacturing operation in the Philippines and gained several with yieldHUB Live.

Allegro was chasing utilization losses on its highest-volume test floor. yieldHUB Live, yieldHUB's real-time test floor intelligence software, went after the biggest one. The OEE result was achieved with no added test time, no new hardware and no test program changes.
