John O’Donnell
Founder and Chief Executive Officer
John O’Donnell founded yieldHUB in 2005 to address structural inefficiencies in semiconductor yield and test data management. With more than 18 years of prior experience in semiconductor product and test engineering, he built yieldHUB into a unified semiconductor yield management platform supporting high-volume manufacturing worldwide.
Under his leadership, yieldHUB has expanded globally and now contributes to the efficient manufacture of more than 60 billion semiconductor devices. John holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from University College Cork.
Jerome Auza
Vice President of Engineering
Jerome Auza leads global engineering strategy and platform architecture at yieldHUB. With more than 25 years of semiconductor and software engineering experience, he oversees the scalability, reliability, and technical evolution of the yieldHUB semiconductor yield management platform.
Prior to yieldHUB, Jerome held engineering roles at Analog Devices spanning test engineering, product engineering, yield improvement, and manufacturing data systems. He brings deep expertise in high-volume ATE environments, structured semiconductor data processing, and Industry 4.0 enablement.
Jerome leads engineering operations in Asia, supporting customers across globally distributed semiconductor production ecosystems.
Kevin Robinson
Vice President of Operations
Kevin Robinson oversees global operations, customer delivery, and program execution at yieldHUB. With more than 22 years of semiconductor experience, he brings expertise in product engineering, yield improvement, test strategy, and capital optimization.
Prior to yieldHUB, Kevin held senior engineering and management roles at Diodes Incorporated and Zetex, leading yield improvement initiatives and global test transformation programs. He holds a BEng in Electronic and Electrical Engineering and an MSc in Computer Integrated Manufacturing.

Carl S. Moore
Yield Management Specialist
Carl Moore brings more than 35 years of semiconductor industry experience spanning test systems development, yield optimization, and engineering leadership. He previously served as Executive Director of Test Systems Development at Maxim Integrated and Engineering Director at MEMSIC.
Carl supports yieldHUB customers with deep expertise in analog, RF, mixed-signal, and high-volume semiconductor manufacturing environments. He holds advanced degrees in Electrical Engineering and is an IEEE Life Senior Member.
Michael Clarke
Director of Customer Success
Michael Clarke leads semiconductor customer success initiatives across Europe and Israel. With a background in product engineering and quality engineering in semiconductor manufacturing, he works directly with engineering teams to ensure rapid time to value and long-term production success.
Michael previously held roles at Huawei, Teledyne e2v, and CML Microcircuits. He holds a degree in Astrophysics from the University of Kent.
Maria Lochinie Trocio
Director of Quality Assurance
Maria Trocio leads quality assurance and platform validation at yieldHUB. With nearly two decades of semiconductor experience, including long-term roles at Maxim Integrated, she brings deep expertise in test engineering, process control, and semiconductor manufacturing quality systems.
Maria ensures the reliability, stability, and performance integrity of the yieldHUB platform across high-volume semiconductor production deployments.
